On a total population of the Netherlands (16,3 million) 0,11% have used Second Life in May 2007 for one hour or longer, Linden Labs reports.
In a report about Second Life usage Linden Labs gives us information about traffic in the online community for the month of May. The total number of Dutch people living their second life seems a bit low at 17.130, which is 0,11% of our total population but the amount of hours spent in the online community is higher than almost any other country spends per online person. On average all Dutch online citizens were almost 52 hours online in May. Only the 82 Indonesian Second Life citizens spent more than the Dutch; they managed to be online 52,6 hours in this virtual world.
